At Bongo Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture is unassembled and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original shipping boxes with all hardware and instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule a professional carrier pickup for oversized items like sofas and dining tables.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
